The Centre is now welcoming visitors again after a short delay to opening due to the heavy snowfall, and we are looking forward to a busy season. The ponies are back in the paddock, new faces have appeared in the herd, the aviary and pets paddock and a few things have been moved around for this season.
We have many exciting things happening in 2018, the most prominent being our new unicorn stable, White Lightning is here for the entire season and is very happy to display his rainbow colours to all!
Having some work done in the shop has given it a cleaner and fresher face, and with our new signs around the centre customers should find it easier to navigate and find our new additions. The sensory room looks fantastic (although you could argue we are biased) and should be an interesting place for children to explore.
New product lines in both the shop and café have us interested to see if they are a success, the White Lightning hot chocolate should satisfy those with a sweet tooth and will hopefully amaze the kids! Further face lifts in the café have spruced it up and improved it overall.
Easter is jam packed, our first My Little Pony themed day will be on the 11th of April and should be a resounding success. We have falconry displays organised, witness these incredible animals showcase their talents, Dan the Hat children’s entertainer will be performing, and as usual egg hunting will occur around the Miniature Pony Centre and activities will run as normal throughout the day. Hopefully the weather is kind and we all have a fantastic Easter!
